No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products (license keys and software), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital asset is delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Payment & Activation Issues

While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or accidental purchases, we are committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for.

If you experience:

  • Issues with payment processing
  • Failure to receive your license key
  • Errors during key activation

Please contact us immediately at support@starward.tech. We will work to resolve the technical issue or provide a replacement key where applicable.
